His Incitement EX was buffed from a Rank Up Quest, and it now gives him a three turn crit star generation increase. In his defense, his Aśvatthāman-themed toys kick ass. His second skill, Charisma C, buffs the party's attack for 3 turns. His first skill, Tactics B, buffs the party's NP damage for 1 turn.
